Mr. MacKenzie focuses on all aspects of FITCH’s family law practice. He has extensive experience litigating complex divorce cases involving, for instance, the division of complicated, high net worth estates, postdivorce modification, contempt actions and appellate work. Mr. MacKenzie has litigated issues arising under the Alimony Reform Act and has represented clients in a large number of contested child custody and support matters, and in pension and retirement benefits disputes.
