Mr. Collins concentrates primarily in the area of family law at Fitch. Mr. Collins’ work includes the representation of clients in complex divorces, modifications, child custody and support disputes, sophisticated asset division matters and pre-nuptial/post-nuptial agreements.

Prior to joining FITCH, Mr. Collins was an associate at a well-regarded Massachusetts law firm where he gained considerable experience navigating businesses and public entities through their labor and employment needs, which included contract negotiations, wage and audit litigation, workplace investigations, and contract disputes.
While in law school, Mr. Collins was a research assistant for the Federal Judicial Center’s Research Division in Washington, DC and interned in the Solicitor’s Office of the Department of the Interior in Washington, DC. He also served as a President of Notre Dame Law School’s LGBT Legal Forum.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Collins participated in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps and provided estate planning and guardianship legal aid to marginalized communities in San Antonio, TX.
