- “I came across Jeff on my own research and with the awards, background, qualifications I sought him out as my case has many complexities and will require strategic and high level professional guidance. With that said, he gave me unnecessary and unexpected time over the phone at a highly stressful time. Any attorney of his caliber that shows compassion and takes the time to do so in addition to a proven record is a slam dunk in my book. Probes correctly, direct and honest, yet compassionate and empathetic – highly recommend!”
- “I first found Jeff online in a delicate and somewhat frantic moment after receiving divorce papers. I had searched many local lawyers. From the first phone call he made me feel most comfortable and gave me immediate advice on how to start protecting myself. I found Jeff to be firm but compassionate, honest and calming, highly educated and professional. Direct, but very personal. He had always found the time to give me his attention when needed. We put together a couple of different game plans depending on which way things went with the opposing party. We were able to settle outside of the court system in a 4-way agreement meeting. I retained most of what I wanted out of the divorce and came to a fair parenting agreement and shared custody. I cannot stress enough how much Jeff had helped me on a personal level keeping myself together and getting through the divorce as well as keeping the legal side of things tight. I highly recommend Jeff Soilson.”
- “I had an attorney working on my case for a year before Jeff takes over. When I first time met Jeff, my case was in a devastating situation, because there were many potential problems, that were not addressed correctly, in the agreement and I was chased by the ex-husband attorney for unreasonable fees. Jeff spent extra time to review the supporting evidence in detail and quickly put an action plan together. Within a month he had the ex-husband attorney to agree waiving whatever the fees before. His negotiation skill is beyond excellence. Meanwhile he was helping and educating me how divorce negotiations work. Working with him, he took off a lot of the stress from my shoulders, I started to be able put myself together, so I could think clearly what kind life I want in the future. He defiantly knows the court system, paper works, your rights and what the law says very well. He helped me to think what I can give up to exchange for things that are more important to me. I am very thankful to settle the case without a trial. I came to a reasonable asset division, parenting agreement and child custody. Jeff is compassionate, honest, well experienced and highly skilled. If you have a complexity case, Jeff is the one I will highly recommend.”
