Jury verdict for client of Fitch Law Partners LLP: Jim Re represented the owners of a super yacht at trial in federal court in Boston. After hearing evidence and argument for four days, the jury found in favor of our client, deciding that the plaintiff’s allegation that the yacht was being operated in a negligent fashion as it entered Boston Harbor was unfounded.
