Pro Bono

Fitch is committed to the representation of clients with urgent needs who cannot afford to hire a lawyer. We undertake pro bono representations in a wide variety of cases. We encourage and support all of our lawyers in lending assistance to the poor, the disadvantaged, and others in need. Our most recent pro bono efforts include:

• Małgorzata Mrózek has provided pro bono representation in the Housing Court to tenants seeking redress against landlords for failing to maintain buildings and units in habitable conditions.
• Lisa Goodheart and Alessandra Wingerter recently assisted a long-standing church in connection with a historically significant and locally important artifact.
